Trade deadline is going to be very interesting
I saw many comments last night that we lost to another “bottom feeder”.
I think what people don’t realize is that we ARE a bottom feeder. When teams play us, they expect to win.
Yes, we have our moments where we look like world beaters. But so do the Sabres, Ducks, Senators etc. When we lose Lindholm, Hanifin and Tanev, our roster will be competing for worst in the league. Even as it stands now, without the elite goaltending we have gotten we would be right there picking top 5.
Weegar is so done with these bozos lol I love his honesty and zero sugar coating interviews. Like wtf do these guys need to get pumped? One would think that an ex teammate coming to town and current teammate who is back after being away almost 2 years would be enough.
To me, this is the worst loss of the season. Not because Columbus is a bottom dweller team, but they couldn’t find an extra gear to win for your teammate with an epic comeback from god knows how painful and grueling battle with mental health issues
