Concerning everyone shitting on how he’s played this year, I like what I’ve seen from him this season vs last. That hit was dirty and he deserves at least 5 games, but despite being kinda ratty, I can’t think of a time when he’s been downright dirty. Either way, I’m ok with whatever suspension he gets, can’t justify that kind of Scott Stevens head hunting.

I expect 2 games. Being thrown out of a game usually has an impact on the length as they take that to be a game you’ve already been punished, I don’t think it was malicious (I think he expected Pelech to stand and it would be more of a chest hit but that doesn’t excuse the hit, shouldn’t have thrown it), and this would be his first offense.
