  1. Great game. Obviously super strong goal tending, defense, and some depth scoring. McLeod has really broken through during this stretch. What this team has become is beyond impressive.

  2. Fan of Edmonton Oilers and Ottawa Senators from Fiji🇫🇯. 13 wins – but now hope for 18 wins from Edmonton.

  3. When I said last game it would be nice for them to actually start on time, I didn't mean have a great first period and then coast putting in minimal effort for the rest of the game.. If these guys could just play 60 minutes that 18 game record would be a guarantee. They make every night harder on themselves than they need to.
Either way, 13 game streak, pretty awesome

  4. An HISTORIC WIN!!! 13 straight wins… wow!!! Total insanity …,we not only broke the Canadian record held by the Montreal Canadiens but Stuart Skinner has been transformed by this coach and his staff and his system into an incredible goaltender. A special thanks to a legend defenseman in PAUL COFFEY during those GRETZKY YEARS who has reconstructed our defense into a defense. But credit goes to Stuart SKINNER who IS NO LONGER LOST IN SPACE ,nor is STUART – no Stuart LITTLE but “ SKINNER” who has skinned alive his opponents. He just tied an Hall of FAME LEGEND IN GRANT FUHR in terms of consecutive straight wins in net. Incredible. But the true credit goes to KRIS KNOBLAUCH who has changed this team around into playing a complete game of hockey 360. He took them and molded them into a 180 turnaround. Every player from Connor McDavid , playing like the true leader he is right on to the rest has bought into this system which is a winning system. Defense first mentality. He coached McDAVID in the OHL EERIE OTTERS to the AHL – the moron flyers gave up on him, the stupid dumb RANGERS gave up on him but the OILERS GOT him -their man in KNOBLAUCH, a true winning coach with an incredible system that has given life back to this great franchise. Wow!!! What an historic game and win by the OILERS.

  5. Mcleod and gagner went beast mode. Holloway also looked good but he was being a bit soft on finishing bodychecks behind our net. Looked to be outmuscled a bit. Def not an effort issue. Leon had a really meh game tonight.

  6. Mark "I've already written my article and formed my narrative and just need the sound bite I want and am going to keep asking the same question until I get it" Spector.
I Don't read his trash on sportsnet but I am sure it will be about the streak and this team being up there with the greats.
He's not a journalist. he'll never be an insider. And he's not someone who's thoughts and opinions hold any weight or has any credibility.
When ALL of Canada's hockey fans can't stand you including the fan base of the team you're supposed to shadow, you should probably just stop embarrassing yourself.

  7. Coach Knob is no stranger to long winning streaks! Thank you for all you've done since coming here, Mr. Knoblauch. This is an absolute dream!!

  8. Knobs was so Stoic after the game! lol, no smile, no emotion…just walks off the bench into the room…off to the next one! love it!

  9. Congrats to the team, coaching staff and the entire organization for breaking the Canadian record. An achievement that is super cool to witness in our lifetime. What I don't want to witness in my lifetime any longer is Kane and Draisaitl playing together. Lol Doesn't work. Ever since Knoblauch put Kane back together with Draisaitl the Oilers have been hanging on by a thread. Put the dream team back together. Draisaitl, Foegele and McLeod. A natural scoring line. Kane, Brown and Holloway on the 3rd line. I get it… Kane wants nothing to do with being on a checking line, but he's gotta start making his own offensive breaks and stop counting on Draisaitl and Knoblauch to hold his hand. Gagner, Janmark and D. Ryan is an outstanding 4th line. Or D. Ryan on the 3rd line and Brown on the 4th.

  10. If this man isn't a finalist for the Jack Adams. Idek. I understand that Tochett or Bowness will probably win, but the Knob needs to be in the conversation.

  11. Literally Last game "We dont look at the standings. We just focus on winning the next game."

Today: We talk about the standings and what we need to accomplish"

    🤷‍♂️
