  1. I was actually pretty disappointed reading this, so many young guys seem to be losing spots in the AHL

It will be interesting to see if any of our prospects on the wings really hit. I feel like we kinda know what mazur will be, but outside of that who knows. With so many talented D in the upcoming draft, wouldn’t mind grabbing someone on the wing as we can maybe get some good value there with the amount of D that should get off the board

This is honestly a pretty awful ranking.

Tuomisto has established himself as a genuine NHL prospect this season. We’re too full on the blue line for that to really matter, but it never hurts to have another potential late bloomer a la Nick Jensen in the prospect pool.

Soderblom has kind of dropped the ball this season, Hanas even more so.

Anton Johansson is getting consistent SHL playing time meanwhile he’s behind Liam Dower Nilsson who’s doing well in the Allsvenskan but still wasn’t able to get signed by an SHL team this season.

Viro should be at the very bottom of the list with Doucet, McIsaac and Niederbach.

I just don’t agree with this list very much. Augustine should basically be right next to Cossa too.

I’m just ready for Edvinsson, Wallinder and Pelinka to come in and finally give our blue line the legs they need to compete, every time I pay attention to Holl, Chiarot, Perry and sometimes even Maata the more they just look slow out there. Sure their age gives them the presence of mind with the puck that a younger player might need some time to develop, but that’s all teachable and I’d like to see the younger defensemen learn in the NHL vs the AHL

Is Berggren no longer considered a prospect?
