The meat of the trade for me is the first round pick and hunter b. Some people say hunter is too small to play like he has in the ohl.. that might be true. Hopefully allvin and his chipmunks know something we don’t. It’s tricky because he’s going to a division rival and it could potentially kick us in the ass down the road. However, it’s hard to dispute that Lindholm makes our team a lot stronger and with kuzmenko gone, also goes the distraction and the defensive liability. This is a medium trade. I can’t wait to see Lindholm play.

I'm glad they didn't get Tanev. I love the guy but, as in his previous stint with the Canucks, when you really need him guaranteed he will be injured.
