Not sure what this was called in the game. Howden easily could have expected Nemec to skate forward or at least not turn completely around like that… however, Howden elevates way too high. It probably would've been worse if he didn't turn around. As is I'd call a charging/roughing penalty. Not sure they'd do a 5 minute major on that, maybe call it and review it just to be safe
