  1. You are a well 6 pack, you can do all this but common people becomes very Scarry to see the dog from far itself then they will loose all the strength mentally and physically . Everyone must take proper training like you be FIT. Thanks for your tips

  2. You could use some of this advice for knife defence too. The advice about avoiding, running, getting an equaliser (weapon) and guarding your vital organs is exactly the same

  3. Adam. Is it a good idea when they grab your forearm to two wheel them and kick them quickly in the stomach or petter to punch the eye or nose? My thought if i encountered encountered this is give forearm and with dominant hand squeeze their throat and i know when they cant breath they let go.

i also read this girl say she was taught to squeeze their lower jaw and tngue together, not sure if you heard of that. I dont think ill try that.

  4. Excellent video on the subject and really like the dynamic you have with your dogs. You can see they have big respect and obedience but at the same time still a lot of affection for you. You've hit that perfect sweet spot.

  5. Thank you so much. That was helpful, but i got some questions i was wondering if you could help me with.

I train Kick-Boxing, I'm not worried about a takedown from the dog but more worried about a groin bite. Will my fighting stance protect me or should i stick to the stance you mention at 7:38 ?

Also im aware a front kick is not a good idea since it can get caught, but what about a side kick?
