In this edition of Locked on Capitals Dan talks about the latest with Evgeny Kuznetsov. Kuzy wasn’t at practice this morning for personal reasons and later in the day it was released by the team that he entered into the NHL’s players assistance program. He will be out of hockey indefinitely until cleared by a program administrator. Mike Sgarbossa got the call up from Hershey and Dan hope’s to see him in the lineup Tuesday night. The Caps were back at practice Tuesday and Alex Ovechkin is ready to give his all to help this team make a push for the playoffs. In the last segment Dan talks about Ethan Frank’s speed and how he won fastest skater at the AHL skills competition 2 years in a row.

Imo I think they r trying 2 showcase Jenson and TVR 4 a possible trade.
I also think lavy messed up kusys head when he was yhe Capitals coach.I also agree that they need 2 start bring up players from Hershey 2 c what yhey can do.
Just another crack in this team's facade that they are overwhelmed by the situation they find themselves in! "All hands on deck" is the reality … With everyone needing to ratchet up their game to meet this mountain infront of them … And one of the cogs in the machine needs replacing just as it starts. Not a good look … Again!

I have been thinking several times this year that he looks bloated like drinkers often look so I am convinced it is alcohol and drugs.
Kuzy hasn’t been the same since the cup run in 2018 I think his value is very low and a cap dump wouldn’t be smart but I think the best option is a buyout but wish kuzy the best 🙏
Kuzy is a true gamer. Plays with a ton of heart and when he’s 100% he’s unstoppable.
Really hope he gets the help he needs and comes back guns blazing. We need him to get back to form if we have any chance this season!
Kuznetsov needs to get saved. That`s his only real hope.
