I do think its possible they trade the pick, but if they trade it its because another team wants to move up a couple spots to take a specific player the habs dont want, example the coyotes want Dickson and he's still there at 6 (when the habs pick in this example) I could see the habs trading down to 8th for example if theyre high on Catton or Eiserman and they think theyll be there at 8, but i dont see them trading a top 10 pick outright to not get one in return.
