I just found the funniest jersey in my collection.

Since its the centennial season lets see some of your most obscure bruins sweaters ill start.

🤴 loui.

I loved this guy as a bruin but may what a flop to get nothing in return for him still glad they never gave him that massive extension, though i do think if i stayed with krejci longer he would of had more success.

I had his sweater too. The white away. Loved Loui in Dallas, I was actually excited when the trade happened. He was honestly a really solid player for us. His point totals increased each year he was here, he had that concussion in his first year and kinda didn’t get going. He became a meme in Vancouver but when he was in his prime he was a really good player.

Every time I wear a loui shirt to the garden people give me a hard time about him never being a Bruin.

I fucking loved Loui man. I know his career was brutal once he was out of here, but I remember his time as a Bruin fondly and I was rooting for him. Although in retrospect, maybe I should not have.

  4. i had a danton heinen third jersey but i stripped it when he got traded 🙃

I have an Orlov. I’m originally from DC, was pumped to be able to see him here, don’t regret it. The Bobby Scorlov days were so optimistic around these parts and I thought he’d be a legend by helping the Bs hoist the cup.

I bought a Bjork jersey the day he was traded.

I love going to games and seeing these rare names. If I saw you rocking the Louie I’d say something to you for sure!

My least common is an Iginla!

Loui was absolutely incredible and if not for that halfwit Neanderthal that all those other halfwit Neanderthals at r/hockey love so much, he would have had an incredible career here. Even so, he was easily one of our very best players his last year in Boston, and soooo clean, he had like 30 goals and 10 PIM. I’d wear that jersey with immense pride. Heck, if you have a figure in mind for it, I’ll consider relieving you of it haha.

  9. The Seguin trade might be the worst trade in Boston sports history after trading Babe Ruth to the Yankees. The only reason Neely kept his job and Chiarelli got shitcanned is because #8 hangs in the rafters.

I have a Jagr jersey that I got for Christmas one year that I’m pretty sure is a boot. But I also always wanted a Lehtonen jersey.

Came to Boston as less than a favourite because it cost Boston Seguin. Fans warmed up to him soon enough. His play and gentleman approach reminded me a bit of Jean Ratelle. Quietly played the game well and did no shame in Boston. It may have been the salary cap pinch that made Boston not resign him but it ended up being the right decision for Boston. His last good year was his last one in Boston.

I had a Seguin jersey. I meticulously removed the sewn on name and kept wearing it for years. I wish they’d just not bother putting names on the jersey at all.

Finally, another person with an Eriksson jersey

How do you find jerseys? I want to find jerseys too.

I have no pictures of it, but I have a Ken Belanger sweater.

Anybody want a lightly used Dougie Hamilton sweater? My dad got it for me for Xmas when I was just getting into hockey in 2013-14. He asked me who my favorite player was and I half-jokingly said Dougie, for the memes. I regret that answer.
