That was a great game to watch, enjoyed it a lot. Especially as for once I get to watch live due to the earlier start. The Habs PP looked more dangerous because the Stars push out hard, meaning we had much more space. When teams pack the defence we end up going backwards and forwards with little foot movement. I'm not expecting that PP1 to stay like that unless other teams are aggressively pushing out. Gignac looked pretty damn good and I've loved watching Newhook all season long. I think he's massively under-rated. So looking forward to the gam against the Blues for another early game. I know the other side of the pond hates these early games but you can give me a couple of games I can watch live with my family 🙂 If you're gonna lose I can take games like that.
I’m soooooooo happy right now, this isn’t becoming luck. I could say a lot of his goals could be lucky but he’s just legit snipping them now and playing out his mind. Habs we’re awesome, slaf scores, suzuki great, caufields point streak, and we lose! Great tank night
Tough loss, in more ways than one, for the Habs. Hoping RHP is not as bad as it looked. That 2nd period, 24seconds, hurt the team, and they couldn't recover. No time to wallow…on to the Blues tomorrow. Now that Drew has a taste for 5K subs…let's get him to 10K!
great tank game. Fast wide open at times. Bad 4 minute call that I'm not sure was a high stick and Pavelski was bleeding before the contact. I like Josh Anderson… always hoping for him but he can go and it won't hurt very much. In fact , if we could move him and his contract, we could make a run at Mittlestadt from Buffalo. Good centre

This game was a def win imo. As long as the first line works well and slaf scores and we lose for tank. I couldn't be mad
