It wasn’t a very good Super Bowl weekend for the Canadiens, as they lost to both Dallas and St. Louis. The game against the Blues was especially bad, a 7-2 defeat. With 1 minute left in the game, Johnathan Kovacevic got into a fight with the Blues’ Jake Neighbours and as he left the ice, Kovacevic’s departing words directed towards the St. Louis bench were picked up by the TV microphones.
