   He’s pretty much led the Pack all season in points, so I’m a little surprised it took this long for him to get a call-up.

   I don’t mind it. But that is alot of call ups ( Rempe,Edstrom, Belzile). And only pitlick went down. Unless I missed something.

   I think this is a guy who the rangers expected to make the lineup back in training camp but he just didn’t put together the best camp. But has since been really good down in Hartford and maybe found his game. I just don’t see who he replaces though, obviously he’s just the extra forward for now but I can’t see a guy in the bottom 6 (maybe Edstrom, but staff seems high on him) that he replaces

   Habs fan lurking here (my second team is NYR) i’m super stoke for this one.

   Belzile played great for the Habs last year as a bottom 6 center. Was really bummed to see him go, then he signed for my other team. Hopefully he can show enough to be taken into consideration if down the line injuries happen and you need call back up.

   I think this is precautionary. Kreider missed practice for personal reasons (I expect him to play tomorrow) and Panarin’s wife has to be close. I think if they wanted to give Belzile a look, he would have been up already.
