I know he jumps around, but I can’t unsee him as a Devil now.

We have him signed through the next 3 seasons.

He will become and islander when he hits 39 and they will sign him to a 6 year deal

  5. WackHeisenBauer

He will just drop the “ie” to refresh his three years and stay in NJ

We can also see a color trend. Boston yellow and black. Calgary yellow and red. Carolina red and black and white but mostly black on the logo. Jersey the same but mostly white. I say he goes somewhere with red in the logo but a different other color. Maybe Minnesota with red and green. Maybe rangers red and blue. Could also see Ottawa red and gold.

Wait this is dumb but what’s the first number on the stats? I thought it was games played at first, however there’s an 85 and 97 on there. The rest should be goals, assists, points.

Edit: Unless it’s game played including playoffs, which I now think it is, but that’s a weird presentation.

What’s the first category? Games played? Includes playoffs?

Caps to get ovi the goal record since Carlson is cooked

No one wants his contract which means he’s staying in NJ.

  11. Off question, what are the stats to the right? Last three must be G/A/P, what’s the first one? Thought it was games played but he couldn’t have played more than 82 games per season

It’s because he’d rather go to a museum than to a strip club with the boys. Bad person.

  13. Saw_Doctor

He’s going back to QB PP1 as soon as he’s healthy.

Sucks he’s had two seasons with serious injuries with the devils. Would have put up at least 65 points this season no problem. Hope Hamilton retires with the devils, good fan favourite type of guy

I’d say us, but we jumped the gun early

Assuming he’s planning on at least two more spins, he could do three each in TB and Colorado to round out the natural disaster/force of nature teams.

Based on the colour swatch of his past I’d have to say… Detroit!

  18. My theory is that it would be a team that is alphabetically after New Jersey. All teams have a vowel as a second letter too. All team names are plural. There are 8 teams that fit this criteria:

New York Islanders. New York Rangers. Pittsburgh Penguins. San Jose Sharks. Toronto Maple Leafs. Vancouver Canucks. Vegas Golden Knights.  Washington Capitals.

But if you look at the trend of city or state name by letter count, you see Boston has 6, Calgary has 7, Carolina has 8, New Jersey has 9. The teams with 10 is Pittsburgh and Washington!

  19. So, I haven’t really kept up with Hamilton since he left the boston market. Why don’t teams hang on to him? He puts up great numbers and has decent size. Is he a ghost on defense?

He should come back to Calgary. Glenbow Museum re-opens in 2026

  21. ihatepeoples

    Ottawa.

They need to sign another PP1 defencemen. Gotta catch ’em all.

  22. kingcaptainclutch

Probably to the Angels because Arte Moreno loves spending dumb money, but he’ll end up with the Rangers after some…. Stuff comes out

Wow, I can’t even explain how much satisfaction that picture gave me.

  24. Good for him! That’s exactly what I would be doing, I’ll never understand why guys play in one city for as long as they can. Try to play for as many as you can, you have no idea what’s out there, who you could meet, the awesome things you could experience and all the cities by living there.
