The SDP guys have been glazing Brodie since he’s arrived in Toronto. Yet he’s the worst defender of the leafs core dmen, gives zero effort in front of his own net and repeatedly gets caught on his heels in transition. Lilijgren is the most consistent defender of the defense, actually supports in front of his own net and hustles to get back when he gets caught pinching. He’s repeatedly pushed into the bottom pairing when he clearly steps up whenever he plays top 4 minutes or even with Reilly. Yet the SDP boys rag on him when he has a few bad games when the whole team is game-to-game on giving effort for the full 60.

We won that game because of Sammy i dont care what anyone thinks. Yes Matthew's got 3 not surprising and Willy got the winner but Sammy made alot of big saves welcome back SAMMY

Flyers owned that game. Matthews truly is a freak of nature. Watching those replays, there's millimeters to work with. Only a handful of players in the world can make that shot. Unfortunately for Philly, Matthews is one of those guys…

The Gio embellishment looked like the blade of the stick was getting too intimate and it was one of those sorta bail out moves that only women who’ve been near Corey Perry can relate with.
Dangle’s gotten way too down on the team with his talk of paper tiger this, zero toughness that. I don’t come to see LFR for the same content I can get on X or r/nhl where it’s basically open Mike night at a RoastMe event for Leafs fans. It’s fine to be critical of plays but it feels like Dangle doesn’t have any hope left for this team, which sucks.
