Wild's challenge on Sabres first goal was dang professional waiting out the pp knowing that it was offside and could then challenge the goal.
Here I heard Haynes put the passengers on notice at practice…REALLY? There were about 8 of them tonite and this game should have been a win but 1/3 of the first period in the penalty box screwed the pooch from the start. Then lazy do nothings like Carcus Johansson out for a pleasure skate with Matt Boldy In accompaniment! Zucarrello coughed up 3 and whiffed twice. Are these guys being paid to play hockey? I know that Finnish names aren't the easiest to pronounce for English speakers, but it's not like this was Jokiharju's first game or season. And in Minnesota of all places! There's even a town (or whatever area) called Finland in there, because so many Finns immigrated there a looong time ago.
Another good Sabres road game putting us up over 500% away from home.
The first Buffalo goal is negated and if linesmen cannot call the offsides before the goal is scored it should count, this rule like the "skate in the blue paint" should be eliminated.
UPL was outstanding in net again, and if we can get the scoring back to last season's pace all will be well.
I don't know about these Minnesota North Stars colors on the Wild sweaters and besides does not the Dallas Stars have the right to wear North Stars colors as well since you know Minnesota moved to Texas?
That game was pretty ugly. By looking at the highlights, that looked pretty lethargic.

Oooo Ahhh, Sabres on (another) one game winning streak. Sometime luck is better than talent. That was the case with this game. Sabres were outplayed for most of the game with a couple good shifts where they were lucky and scored.
