I am not sure they have enough goaltending to get out of 1st round of playoffs assuming they make it. It's the number 1 reason that Jones/Briere should be strong sellers before trade deadline. I like Errson but he is clearly a work in process and Flyers badly need Kolosov to start at Phantoms next season.
Disappointing that on such a showcase stage the Flyers didn't play very well. They had stretches where they dominated but Ersson gave up some bad goals, a few bad breaks and some untimely penalties. The biggest question mark to me is whether or not Ersson can play well enough to get them into the playoffs and then what do they do about a second goaltender assuming Hart does not return for next year. They have goalies in the system but how long will it take for any of them to be NHL ready?
