  1. About the goalies. Sorry to say it, but the games don’t matter. Keep Forsy healthy and don’t play him back to back. Neither of them have been consistently good, so one good game doesn’t lead to another. If we were two points out of a playoff spot, sure. But we aren’t. I need Jacques to keep working on team defense and structure, and accept that our goaltending sucks…until we have someone new 😉

  2. Should the Sens start Forsberg again tonight…ABSOLUTELY THEY SHOULD!!! He had a great game yesterday and you ride the wave when things are good. It could also help Forsberg's confidence. It would absolutely be a dumbass decision to sut him out. Here's a little nugget for you, Mathieu has played 3 less games than Josh, has 1 more point and is +7 compared to -9. Oh, Mathuew diesn't get any PP TOI , Josh does and he has 5 PPG. What's the difference in Mathieu's game this year??? He's playing with surgeons not bricklayers. This kid is strong, fearless, fabulous skater, has skill and can finish! It's inyteresting to look at the forwards and examine +/-. Take note that Mathieu and Vlad are +9 and +14 respectively….I got to point out that Bernard-Docker is NEVER a liability (+4) and he did his job right, dropping the gloves. Lastly, I keep hearing Staios wants to add "veteran leadership"…why? The born leader Tkacuk is in his 6th and how long has Claude and Vlad been in the League??!! OFTEN these architects, coaches over-thinnk over-tinker and it can backfire. The Team has ENOUGH leaders and the Team won because Forsberg stopped the puck (.920Sv%). There are 3 very good lines but need D that can defend/punish and reluabke goaltending. This Team is very close SOOO lets lose enough to qualify for the Draft Lottery (ie: a ShanaPLAN), select a great prospect and get ready for 2024-2025.

  3. Forsberg back to back 🔥 🔥
He deserves it! We need the vibes to stay high. Forsberg gave them confidence by the way he saved them in the first five minutes. First game in awhile that we didn’t get scored on first. This team just needs to win, for the players, the fans and the management. Easier to make decisions on players when the team is rolling.
    Go Sens Go!!!

  4. Hundo P we go with Forsy. He's played better than Korps. The guys seem to play with more confidence in front of him too

  5. Forsberg back to back! The season is over and it's time to try new things and give the players different experiences. Put Joseph on the 1st PP, he deserves it more than Josh. Come on Martin, have fun for the rest of that miserable season!!

  6. Vancouver loss was by far the worst game of the season for me. I was so depressed after that game that I didn’t join the LOSP postcast for about two weeks. I just couldn’t deal after that game. Also, it’s the only game this season I didn’t finish watching.

I think Pillzy has a serious case of recency bias thinking the Anaheim game was the worst.

  7. Alright, guys. I’ve got a bit of a rant I need to go on…

You know how the Sens would let in one or two goals, then completely collapse? Or we’d get a two goal lead and stop playing? And everyone was throwing around the cliche, “Don’t get too high, and don’t get too low.” We’d criticize the team for being immature. Well, they often say a fanbase reflects the team. And I see this attitude in our fanbase.

Forsy has ONE good game, and now everyone wants to throw Korpi to the wolves. What happens if Forsberg sucks next game? Then we immediately go back to wanting to buy him out this off-season? Or what if Korpi plays amazing his next game? Do we refuse to go back to Forsberg?

Don’t reply with a counter-rant about how Korpi hasn’t been good. I’m not saying he’s amazing. I’m just tired of every time someone has a bad game, we overreact severely, or any time anyone has a good game we also overreact. We’re turning into the Habs fans with our fickle attitudes towards our own players.

Goaltending hasn’t been good all year. The team hasn’t been good all year. But let’s not lose our minds every time someone has a good OR a bad game. Yes, I always get frustrated how Korpi always lets in a bad goal (or two) every game. But Forsberg having one good game doesn’t instantly mean he’s 100 times better than Korpisalo. Both goalies will continue to have bad games and good games. We need to keep our sanity.

  8. Forsy hasn't really played a ton so I'd be confortable with him going again tonight. Ride the hot goalie as theyve both been wildly inconsistant
