Not sure why the refs didn’t just call interference period on the player who pushed the Kings player into Talbot? The puck was not there, therefore you can’t just knock a guy down. Pretty obvious actually. The announcers didn’t even mention it?? It’s pretty much an automatic call unless the puck is there. They seem to be going back to the days when clutching and grabbing, interference etc.. was ignored. Not sure why?? Maybe they’re practicing for the playoffs so they can decide when to make a very arbitrary penalty call to benefit a team at a crucial moment in the game.. just wait..
