Hello I bought this jersey from somebody as I’m trying to save it; but I’ve used all kinds of different chemicals and nothing is working.
The chemicals I’ve used are as follows.
Hydrogen peroxide
Industrial grade Isopropyl alcohol
Industrial grade disinfectant
Baking soda and vinegar
& Enamel remover
I’ve been thinking maybe I should just bleach it to next Tuesday and then buy some royal blue dye and re-dye it.
I’m at a loss as I have no more ideas on what to use to help get the stains out

You’d have more luck on r/hockeyjerseys, but they’ll probably tell you this is a lost cause.
You can usually find these guys on marketplace kijiji or eBay for like 50-150, I’d save the effort.
Brakleen? Perchloroethylene? Definitely test it first, and wear an approved respirator.
What kind of paint is it? Most likely it’s acrylic or craft paint in which case it’s pretty much a lost cause. You could also try acetone or paint thinner but that may damage the jersey.
Get a new one with 97 as the numbers.
I saw this on Facebook, I hope you got a good deal.
