Charlie McAvoy: Bruins 60 Second Life Story Challenge
I was born in Long Beach New York December 21st 1997 uh my parents Charles and Jennifer McAvoy um I have three sisters one is older Kayla McCoy my two younger sisters Holly and Heather uh they were 2003 um started playing hockey when I was a kid played a ton of sports
Um through middle school early High School got to high school focused on hockey went out to Ann Arbor for 2 years played hockey there uh ended up getting a chance to go to Boston University played hockey there um that was where I met my wife Kylie uh played two years
There um got drafted by the Bruins in 2016 uh after my sophomore year left Buu signed with the Bruins um been there ever since been living in Boston since 2017 year round still go back and visit my family in Long Island um
Charlie McAvoy started as a Wolverine, became a Terrier, and now he’s a Bruin!
