Could he be the Alex Burrows of this team?

  2. Bains was fast, forechecking, and tenacious. This is kind of the set of skills PDG brought early this season when they had some great chemistry on this line, I can see why they tapped Bains to give it a go – nice reward for the guy too, to get called up, play well, and then get doubly rewarded!

Let’s go Canucks, break the slide!

  3. Working his ass off to being potentially in the top line. What a crazy year Bains is having

Pius and him switched places. Huge opportunity for Bains. We really need another top 6 player though. This time to play with Miller lol

  5. This is great and I also like having Suter on the line with Garland and Blueger as he was initially centering that line until he got injured and replaced by Blueger and that line was actually starting to play well before he went down. I honestly think putting Suter there would reignite some that line’s identity again.

He appears to have playmaking touch and a nose for the net. Not sure he has the compete level to keep up, but hoping he can find his spot on the cycle and dish to Boeser tonight.

  7. I’d like to see podz get another crack before the playoffs. Get these guys ready just in case.

  8. He setup a few shortside chances from behind the net the other night. I was really impressed with him in the offensive zone.

Bains will hopefully bring new energy and creativity to that line. Love it.

From AHL to top line. This is basically the Burrows 2.0 storyline.

Hoping he stays when Dakota returns…..

Bains blowing up is just another awesome addition to this memorable season. Can’t wait till he pops a natty hatty!

There’s no end in sight for great stories in Canucks land this season. All year it’s been like this. Crazy.

He looked like he could make it that first game. Won some good battles, could have had a goal and an assist in that game if the bounces were a little more fortunate. Defensively im not sure, didnt really notice him back there and from what I read he could have been better in his own end.

His dedication to improving is what is going to get this guy far though, as long as that mindset doesn’t break he could really be a diamond in the rough.

Great news, arshdeeps talents are best utilized in the top 6
