The Blues have one of the most compelling prospects pools in the NHL — so compelling, in fact, that The Hockey News is featuring it on the cover of their upcoming issue.
I can’t wait for this next generation that will wear the Note. And there’s no one else I’d rather dish the puck out to these guys than Robby Thomas.

It’s why I’m coming around on trading Buch.
We DESPERATELY need dmen, and we can’t waste this crop of dynamic forwards. Trading for high first round picks and not roster players allows Army to potentially sweeten the pot in the offseason when he is offloading a bad contract.
Or, we just ride out these bad deals, keep the kids in juniors/AHL, and use those picks to get more quality players.
