Elbow wasn’t really there until the follow through. Clean hit if you overlook the fact that the puck was literally on the other side of the ice by the time he actually made contact.
Meh. I'd say closer to interference. Hughes dropped his head into the elbow so I wouldn't put the blame on Arivdsson for that, but the puck was way gone. With the roughing retaliation, 4 on 4 was the right call.
