I can’t believe it finally happened

A couple of Vancouver Legends, The Green Men, came back to town on Saturday night as the Vancouver Canucks faced off against the Boston Bruins in a rematch of the 2011 Stanley Cup Final. That and more in today’s NHL hockey video!

  1. I love the fact that there are likely some new fans there at the game who don't know who the green men are, very confused by those penalty box shenanigens

  2. typical they left once the team sucked but now they show up now that they are good again lol. I loved what don cherry said years ago about the green men…."If they glass wasn't there would ya do it?"

  3. the bruins are so reliant on their goaltending this year after last year, they just expect to be bailed out in every situation after putting in just 1 or 2 goals. THAT WONT DO IT ANYMORE FOLKS !!! YOU GOTTA KEEP PLAYING THE GAMEEEEEEEEEEEEEE uGHHHHHH

  4. they left after 2011 and came back now when the team is #1 in the league. Its like they knew the canucks were gonna be bad for a decade. Happy to have them back. 1-0 with the green men

  5. Just saying, year's before the green guys, my buddy and I wore Jester suits like this to an Ottawa game and put on a show the whole time, we won the 'fan's of the evening' and were brought upstairs and filmed to the scoreboard being given prizes, campaq palm pilots. We were shown on TSN highlights running around, saying something about Senator's making them look like clowns, like us. I tackled the mascot against the glass, he's goes 'get off me get off me' . We wore gorilla suits too, and other weird one's, goodtimes. I got on Letterman and streaked Much Music, but save those for later

  6. The world will blow up if we get a canucks and bruins finals rematch. Even elliote Friedman said himself 2011 was the most fun he had covering a finals

  7. Wow it took 8 years for vancouver to not have a bad season and now theyre back huh. Lets see if they make it past 1st round

  8. Between the green men and Hronek doing a replay of Boom Boom in OT, I felt like I was back in 2011 all over again. Love it!

  9. this game was a BLAST to be at. my wife surprised me with tickets 2 hours prior, and oh my god it did not disappoint. Just an epic. Swayman put on a clinic, but the Canucks DOMINATED the third. I felt energy in that place that has been missing for a long, long time. It was quite a moment, looking around the arena after Boeser ended it, green men going nuts, bench clearing, horn blasting, beating the Bruins to take first place after being down 2 with 7 to go. Absolutely nuts. I'm still riding the high today and giving myself goosebumps writing this.

  10. As a Bruins fan, I am sick of being an OT merchant. 4 OT games this week: 2Ws, 2Ls. You can pretty much pen us in for a 1st Round upset at this point.

  11. As a Canucks fan, I've thought A LOT about the possibility of a Bruins-Canucks finals this year. If we won, it'd be like beating the Blackhawks x1000. If we lost, I'd be depressed all summer. Either way, I'd need the entire two weeks off of work, because there's no way I'd be able to focus on anything else.

  12. Know it's off topic but as a fellow Ranger fan you should make a video about how many Rangers fans there are at AWAY games. When the Rangers score (as they just did against Columbus) on the road you can almost invariably see a ton of Rangers fans celebrating. I may be wrong but I'm guessing they "lead" the NHL and possibly all major pro sports when it comes to fans on the road. Thx and love your vids!
