What the hell leave the kid alone he's only 21 just cuz he has a reputation for winning fights on doesn't mean you have to pick a fight with him. Fight himm for something like a cross check or boarding that's a proof of the tough guy you are
Rempe was no match for Mathieu Olivier even with his 5 inches and 35 lbs advantage. Same against Deslauriers, he had a 6 inch and 40 lbs advantage. Can’t wait to see Xhekaj have fun with him.
Rempe didn't get knocked down, he took a knee to stop it. Better to preserve his health than take anymore, dude fought two heavyweights in b2b nights. His linemate is also 6'7", he doesn't need to do it all. Respect to both of them, wow did Olivier land a few good ones. Good fight.

IF a 6'7 guy can't handle Deslaurier, Olivier, likely they won't with Lucic or Reaves neither (though Lucic wasn't just a plug in the early boston days lol)
Didn't and doesn't seem like sets the grab well to utilize his size, and IF it were a decade back with Orr, MacIntyre, Boogs, McGrats etc… his NHL career would end as fast as it started.
Olivier just showed the NHL how to beat this kid! Get inside and throw uppercuts and right hooks inside, then straight rights over the top when he’s getting tired.

I think if Rempe's helmet stayed on like Olivier's this would have been a much closer fight. Rempe has to say no to some of these fights too or he'll end up like Booegard. He's going to get challenged by every tough guy now. He has some playing talent and he needs to keep working on that to have a long career.
People are flipping their lid too much over this fight. Kid is young, he'll get stronger and learn. He has heart and is game, I love it. The league needs him. What a spark.
