Whenever I hear a coach and or GM speak in third person terms..passively about their team..it is as if they have no proactive energy. You need a vision going forward..look around the league and the ones with success constructed a team..where things aren’t fitting together..you move on from marginal players..poach from other teams with quality players not resigning due to cap issues.
This team has $12m in cap space, I think. You have to be willing to shape an identity here. Unfortunately this guy sounds out of touch out of step. It’s too bad.
