    Fitz had know for MONTHS that goaltending was bad. He did nothing yo address it and now this team is missing the playoffs. A GM’s job is to fix and help the team and he has failed.

    Hey Fitz! Fire Lindy Ruff! We’re getting tired of him starting Daws every time! He should’ve started with Schmid in the first place. Then the Devils would have a chance to win and I wouldn’t have to give up on them!

    If there wasn’t a goalie available, then it wouldn’t be on Fitz. But there was. Just didn’t want to pay him. I guess making the playoffs in a crucial window year wasn’t worth paying a goalie for. Well, here we are…..

    F*ck we lost to the Ducks…again!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!

    This is really painful for me. I was a Ducks fan for approximately 12 years so losing to my old team not once but twice in a season really hurts. Despite out shooting them, they were the better team period; especially their goaltending and D. *pretty sad. Fitz needs to make changes asap! C’mon, enough is enough! There’s too much talent on this team to be wasted like this. And yes, that was probably the WORST penalty shot ever by Jack. I can only imagine what rags fans are saying about that 😖. I’m going to sit in the dark for a while to try to get over this miserable loss.

    It feels like this game was a make or break, this may decide whether you really go for it to make the playoffs or not… I think most Devils fans are conflicted, it's hard to see your team do so much right sometimes, but we also understand relunctance to jeopardize our future for today… I'm sure with hindsight or more insight we could have been closer to the playoffs, but I still believe in this Devils franchise and we've faced a lot of adversities this season. We were playing with house money last season and things were just going as well as they could, this season has been a brutal lesson so far, but the Devils franchise are in a really good place for the future!

    Can't lose to a lousy team in a must game. That was the easiest game left on the schedule and you manage to lose it. This team isn't very good. Sell big. Fire Lindy at season's end and hire a very tough coach for next season. No more excuses.

    Fitz! Do your fucking job and get a NHL caliber goalie!

    You could have gotten one this summer instead of gambling that Vitek wouldn't continue being shit after last year and in two unproven rookies.
    You should have gotten a goalie a couple months ago when it was confirmed that Vitek isn't an NHL level goalie.
    You NEED to make a move now as the teams back is against the wall due to your inept inaction.

    Inconsistent team. I think our longest win streak is 3. Losing to teams we should beat. The Caps, Habs, Sharks, Ducks.
    They'll have a new coach next year, very likely. Let's hope they get their confidence back.

    Fire Fitz for doing nothing and being delusional that Daws was the answer – post hip surgery too. What a clown. Ruff needs to go to. He should’ve pulled
    daws earlier but of course this old man is just staring off into space.

    I like Daws he is a great goalie so is Schmid, we need to tighten up defensively. A physical presence would be welcomed, more than one.
