If the Ducks trade away Vatrano, Carrick and Henrique they are going to need some bodies back in those trades.

Vatrano is 2 firsts or a keep for next season. I said it before, but I don’t think he’s going to move because teams probably aren’t willing to pay that price tag. Just because teams aren’t willing to pay that price doesn’t mean we should be selling him short though. He’ll be worth a 1st next year. There’s no reason to take that or anything less than that this year.

I think if we trade for any vets along w prospects they gotta be players that the young guys can learn properly from. I feel like gudas is a great addition for the culture of team development and more players with his caliber and experience would bode well for the team in the long run

God I really want to keep Vatrano. I know it’s still a business but damn I still want to keep him around for another 2-3 years.
Carrick and Henrique on a package deal for picks is fine by me.
Gibson should get like a month off rest and let Dostal do his thing.

Verbeek plays hard ball and I like that. Don’t lose on any trade. I would like to see vatrano stay with us until next year when we have guathier and then we can make a deal. We will see.

One thing that makes the Vatrano situation interesting is that he wants to stay in Anaheim and is committed to the team.
