What’s priority No. 1 on Treliving’s to-do list?

Bruins or Panthers – Who should the Leafs hope to face in the first round? How big would getting home ice advantage be for Toronto? What should be the No. 1 priority for GM Brad Treliving ahead of the trade deadline? That’s Hockey weighs in.

  1. Treliving won't get anyone good, he expects top players at salary retention for nothing higher than a 3rd round pick.

  2. 2 rt shot d-men and 1 top 9 power forward, period! The Leafs need too get bigger and tougher prior to the playoffs? Skill alone, DOES NOT win Stanley Cups. Strong goaltending, a shut-down defense, team toughness, and the core 5 ALL playing to their potential. A recipe to wining Lord Stanley. GO LEAFS GO!!!!

  3. I mean if Treliving wanted to make this team better for years to come why not go in for Dunn. Trade 1st, Roberson, Liljegren, Minten and get it done. Holding onto these small forwards have not done the leafs any good and they can be replaced by UFA players. What the leafs haven't tried is getting an actual top RHD!

  4. THIS TEAM NEEDS A OVER HAUL START WITH KEEFE THEN GOALTENDING THEN MANGEMENT GOTTA GO 8 YEARS AND COUNTING STILL CANT WIN!!!!

  5. Fast forward 6 hrs later ……. BOSTON DESTROYS THE LEAFS 4-1 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 and the game wasnt even close 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
