Josh Roy scored a goal tonight, he should be on that PP1, could’ve replaced Newhook. That 4 on 3 power play for MTL was so frustrating. Goalie has no stick for most of it and the Habs could not get a decent shot on net, St. Louis almost never plays the hot hand. Leafs on Saturday at the Bell Centre.

The Syzuki lined was -8. Slafkovsky is a heavy weight to lug around game in and game out. He was on the PP for over 6 minutes but finished the game with 1 shot. Roy would ge 8nfinitely better…he WANTS the puck. Over the last 5 games he has 1pt and -6. He skates around in his own end mindlessly with one hand on his stick allowing 'Canes players a free ride to the net! It would appear Slaf's uninspired effort is acceptable as for as MSL is concerned.

I just imagine the defence Montréal will get with Arber, Mailloux, Struble and Reinbacher plus plus! This year another big pick for offense, they will be a lot better in a short time, than the poor Canes, I am not impressed, with their Kotkaniemi and many of the other pityfull team of the NHL, like the Coyotes, . Montreal will be back with a vengeance, when all set and done.
necas really playing well….skei is the x factor in hurricanes playoff run in my opinion…hes capable of games like this ..underated offensive skills..and now with guentzel …scoring should go up..and great to see anderson in net..hes much more consistent than any of our other goaltenders
