He was one of the guys out there who I felt would be a great fit in our system. He’s fast as hell, wins puck battles, and can tickle the twine.
Love this pickup for a team that may be putting it together at the right time. And after watching Gurianov be lost the entire game last night, we could use reinforcements so he never hits the ice.

I would’ve loved this trade more about 4 years ago when he was a much better player, don’t hate it though, the mid-bottom six is where we need more production from and Zuck helps with that

I said kind of the same thing about Beauvillier but I think this is a good pickup. Toffoli would have been better but for a 6th rounder we get a guy who has been a 20-30 goal pace scorer for most of his career. The question will be if he stays healthy but he looks to be someone who if you get the puck to him he can get it in the net. Not much of a playmaker, but if he is taking Jankowski’s slot then I think this is a great fit. Both he and Beauvillier should be a shot in the arm for the middle scoring which has been a sore spot at times for the Preds this year. Excited to see how we look for the remainder of the season
