Another vet, a team captain. I like this move. The more experience, the better.
Seems like Buffalo wanted to give their soon-to-retire captain one last shot at a Cup.

There is no universe where PoMo sits anybody in current line up for Okposo. He’s definitely just playoff depth.

Lomberg is gonna look so small.
Lomberg is part of the future and any additional leadership that he gets from a short term acquisition is to his and the teams benefit. Zito covering all bases for playoff run
Lomberg and Okposo were jawing at each other the entire game recently. Don’t like Okposo’s game at all. He’s going to be a detriment to the mindset and chemistry of the team. Hope I’m wrong.
Okposo hasn’t been in the playoffs his entire 8 years in Buffalo. I’m sure he’s ecstatic about getting this chance
Solid depth move. A 7th is nothing & doesn’t look like Sjalin was much of anything either

I lived in Iowa for 3 years and for 2 of them, we were a billet family for the Des Moines Buccaneers. Okposo was on the team the year we moved there, the season before we were a billet family. Saw him play a ton and it’s wild that he’s now a Panther.
