> The #Blackhawks have signed 2020 3rd round pick Landon Slaggert to a 2-year deal with a $912,500 AAV cap hit through 2024-25.
>Slaggert is coming off on his career-best season at Notre Dame where he served as the team Captain and posted 20 goals and 31 points in his Senior season.
Suit him up
Well that was fast
Any idea why it’s only 2 year instead of 3?
SLAGGY!!!
Straight to the Bedard line let’s see what he’s got.
Exciting young players are continuing to join the Hawks!!
Is it too soon to inquire about getting his jersey?
I don’t know much about him (or many prospects aside from Moore and nazar), is he any good?
Woo, fresh blood. I’ll be happy if he can stick in the NHL even as a 4th liner, but he certainly has a great opportunity to come in and impress the coaching staff given the current state of the roster.
Let’s see what he can do, it’s not like we can do any worse.
Get him in a sweater!
Excited to see this dude put on the jersey regardless of if it’s the hawks or hogs. Looking forward to seeing Nazar doing the same when Michigan’s season is over.
