Slough foot, certainly Suban didn't do it to hurt the guy, but its a slough foot, I don't think most of these refs even know what a slough foot is, I've seen several with no call in the last couple seasons. Just more crappy NHL refs, they want everything disputed to see the vid, so they are never wrong. "DUH I didn't see it"
It is hard to tell if it was intentional or not, personally I think it could have been avoided but I don’t think it was intentional. But PK should have just fought Kreids and got it over with, instead he was a child and decided to let it linger on through the rest of the game.
