  1. I love how one of the B-roll clips they chose for Tocchet while discussing his positive qualities was him yelling "THAT'S F***ING BULLS**T"

  2. hearing the canucks and playoffs together is match made in heaven. Playoff hockey in Vancouver is something else

  3. Gotta give credit where its due. Well done to the Aquillinies for bringing this management team s and supporting cast to the Canucks. Well done 🎉this team has never been as exciting as they are today. Job well done and hope to see the Canucks go deep into the playoffs. Cheers from the land down under!

  4. No fn size snarl or grit up front outside Miller and joshua ffs unfortunately my playoff excitement is dwindling

  5. The admin has been remarkable in effectiveness and vision. curious if the lindholm trade pays out in the playoffs, or if it might be "wish we could redo that one?"

  6. Allvin and Rutherfords heavy lifting was done in the summer by signing Cole, Soucy, Blueger and Suter then making good moves to relieve cap space by trading Pearson and Beauvillier. then robbing Conroy by getting Big Z and catching the big fish everyone wanted in Lindholm for defensive liable Kuzmenko.

  7. Probably the best GM in the NHL right now. Built perfectly around the franchise pieces and blue chip prospects still in the way. The Canucks are in a position to be a juggernaut for the next decade.

  8. This management team has built a winning culture. From the coach, players to their farm team, it's finally nice to have confidence in a group that's got a clear vision.

I am hoping for a deep run but this team has their core together and their window is just opening.

    Go Canucks Go

  9. Let's be honest: If the Canucks had brought in Zadorov and Lindholm at the deadline, no one would be complaining. Sometimes fans don't know anything. Management has said multiple times that they made their moves earlier because they wanted the new guys to be settled in with the systems by playoff time. This isn't Rutherford's first rodeo and Allvin has been there for the ride, learning. Look at what they've done in Vancouver and how the team is constructed, then compare it to what they had in Pittsburgh when they won those Cups. They were incredibly deep at centre, had size and grit up and down the lineup and an elite defenseman who could put up points, log big minutes and not be a defensive liability. Oh, and they had goaltending. I think they may have overplayed Demko a little, leading to this injury, but hopefully it's not too serious. That's why DeSmith is here. They know what they have in a lot of these new players. Sure, they could probably use a little more defensive depth, but given where they were, it's been a remarkable improvement. I wouldn't want to play the Canucks in the playoffs. Now it's about staying healthy, so hopefully Demko is back soon.
