As awful and embarrassing as the last few games have been let’s not pretend “it’s over”. They’re 1 point back with 1 game in hand. This has always been a roller coaster team that at times looks unbeatable or hapless. Just need to break out of this funk before it is too late

Well that wasn’t surprising. Played one full period, then that spurt in the final 2 minutes of the 3rd. Ottawa wanted it more. And those adjustments on the PK are really showing 🙄
If the GM/Owners of the team allow them to be scheduled for Saturday matinee games “for the kids” next season they should be asked what’s more important — letting kids see an early game or making the playoffs.
It’s past being a joke and a small sample now. This group of players cannot play these games. Whatever mental and physical block there is, they can’t beat it.
It doesn’t matter who they play. It doesn’t matter who the coach is. They don’t show up for these games.
Should have never lost the lead but it was a good result to get a point after trailing late. Hopefully we can get 2 tomorrow and it’s not a bad weekend.
