I really wish I understood the Arizona situation. It seems there are 2 serviceable arenas in the area (Footprint Center where they played their 1st 8 years and where the Suns currently play, and Desert Diamond Arena where they played for 18 year), yet neither will lease to them? Why?
Best case scenario is the Yotes spend the next four years playing in a 4,600 seat barn?? Just Old-Yeller the team.

I don't think all the line juggling in the middle of a game really helps the Canucks either. It's hard to have that cohesion when you don't know who your linemates are going to be shift to shift.
You also could have worn a Wild, North Stars, St Pats, Sioux, Seals, or green BlackHawks jersey. Or gone orange.

We are still 10 weeks from even an auction date being set let alone knowing if the Coyotes will even win the bid. Then there is still the question of funding the stadium build as it clearly will have to be private. This is a long way from being a done deal and shovels in the ground. I don't understand the patience Bettman is gracing this organization with.
