2 out of 5 Troubas. He gets nice height, but his intended victim is much taller than him, and was standing tall already. So, I'd give 2 for interference and 2 for charging, and 2 for being TJ Oshie.
I have been seeing a lot of players jump into their hits, particularly when it’s along the boards. It never gets called unless it’s bad, another grey area rule.

Was trying to so something dirty but looked just weak
Definitely launches into it but there isn’t much in the hit so either way I’m not mad at a penalty or not
