  1. I knew they would do this (Maroon). Team toughness is the issue.

This is a direct response to last nights game. Toronto used to be the team who had to respond.

Boston-Toronto: The battle to see who loses to Florida.

Toronto's D will look different at playoff time. Leafs in 7.

  2. It's a loss with Debrusk still on the roster. He's not worth an extension or a raise. So he will walk for nothing.

  3. What did people expect Sweeney to do exactly ? Take shit returns on debrusk or gryz to make the public happy that they got to see a trade ? Maroon will help especially with experience and they tried to move ullmark but ullmark stopped it. Peeke has upside and they lost nothing

  4. Being an expansion team, I’m very curious if Vegas management went into this from the start with exposing the loophole of the LTIR.

  5. Pat Maroon (35 years old and a +/- negative record of 11) and Andrew Peeke (25 years old and over 80 games in 2022-23, a +/- negative record 41) , the BRUINS management makes fun of the fans and players on the team who wanted help for the playoffs. Totally absurd transactions. We must hope that following the elimination of the team, the owner will finally decide to show the exit door to Messrs Neely and Sweeney whose record of years in management is clearly distressing. And there is plenty to replace them without difficulty: Raymond Bourque, Patrice Bergeron, Zdeno Chara, David Krejčí, Adam McQuaid…

  6. I used to like your shows with including Conor Ryan and haggs. But lately you guys just state the obvious, what is your source? Twitter (X)?. As reporters kinda expect some real nose to the ground reporting not sharing what you read on FB or X … 🥱

  7. So Merk, Lysell, Lorhie, Beecher were untouchable? Or other teams just laughed at those… Edstrom and a first for Hertl. And we couldnt match that??

  8. Do we need to review the HUGE mistakes in 2015? JDB in July signs with Edmonton for his home discount.

  9. Lorhie is our 3rd or 4th best dman overall. People forget Carlo falling at the blueline. Gryz and Carlo standing watching goals. Wortherspoon has limitations. COACH THE KID and play him.

  10. Disappointed with deadline. I don't the trades for Maroon or Peeke. Also Peeke is a minus -41. Sweeney can't do anything right. Debrusk, Heinen, Carlo, Beecher are average players at best. Ullmark no trade to LA kings another joke.

  11. Let’s face it, they aren’t winning the Cup. They weren’t before the deadline and they aren’t now. Should have sold.
