As an Oilers fan, I'm totally biased, but I'd love to see them win the Cup this year, if for no other reason than for Pickard to get his name on the Cup.

I think some of the main aspects that’s noticeably shifted this year is the ability to score primarily on 5v5s as opposed to relying on drawing penalties, the defense and PK this year is considerably more solid than before, the entire team feels a bit more balanced albeit still top heavy. But playoffs will tell all

Oilers were refereed out of the playoffs last year just like Boston were. IF the nhl's top brass keeps their dumbasses out of interfering in the playoffs Edmonton should at the very least make the conference finals.
