Little did young Jake DeBrusk know that the coupon he gave his dad would one day cash in during an NHL game, with his dad as color commentator. Not only did DeBrusk score a goal that night, but his team, the Boston Bruins beat the Edmonton Oilers (his father’s old team) in a 6-5 game with a proud Louie DeBrusk in the stands.
The Bruins are tied for first place in the NHL standings with an impressive 34-12 record.
