I mean with the price of Groceries… why on earth would you NOT have a membership if you have a Costco in your community? It’ll pay for itself in one meat shop. Meat, Cheese, Dairy, and even some of the bulk produce is quite litterally half the price of the regular grocery stores. Heck somedays if im ending my work day near Costco, I’ll grab a roasted chicken for $7.99. Cheap dinner with lots of leftovers.

It is genuine curiosity for me to ask why people don’t shop at Costco if they have the option. A basic membership is $60/yr or $5/mo.
I get that money is tight, please don’t mistake my curiosity for privilege. I just find in my experience, the savings more than make up for the cost of membership, especially when it comes to using their gas station.
A japadog combo is like $8 or more, so less than 12 Costco hot dogs pays for the membership.

I wonder how it will work with that downtown location, most places have their food courts well inside the store, but the arena one is more out in the open, unless they plan some big renovations or slap something together, it might stay open to the public

Might be just me but a few years ago I wanted to get some lunch at Costco Still Creek and they wouldn’t let me in because I wasn’t a member.

They’ll exempt ours in Vancouver, It’s across the street from a Canadian NHL arena..it’s probably made more bank than some of the teams in the NHL …

All they offer now, in bc Canada anyway, is hot dog, fries or pizza…. I miss the turkey provalone sandwich chicken wings, they had a beef and quinoa wrap and other stuff…. 😔

The only one that lets you in without being a member is the one downtown this ain’t nothing new and the one downtown might not change cause it would take a lot of enforcement
