People mistake shots for outplaying other teams. We got heavily outshot but so many of their shots we’re pretty harmless. As far as actual good scoring chances go things were pretty even

Did he even watch the game? Mackinnon and Makar were completely shut down last night. Almost every time Mack had the puck Braden was right on him and battled him for it. And how the fuck does he make a video comparing the offense and defense and leave out the fucking goaltending? Because it doesn’t fit his narrative, he knows Igor is 100x better than Georgiev and any slight edge the Avs might have on offense or defense is nothing compared to the edge we have in Net.

Just ask the 2010-2012 pens — they certainly won most of the matchups Subban discussed with a prime Crosby (almost 2 ppg), prime Malkin, prime Letang, 40 goal + ppg Neal, great depth with Staal on pace for 66 points as a 3C.
Or ask the 2022-2023 Avs who got booted in the first round when Grubauer stole some games.
