Not much to say about this game. Kings were nowhere to be seen over the first two periods, and their penalty kill continued to struggle. Same as it has over these last few games.
I'm not upset with the loss, as I'm vying for them to finish in the Wildcard, and Calgary is by no means an easy win, but they can't be losing too many games here. They have a decent enough lead over the Blues, but they can't take it for granted. They need to win at least 4 of the remaining 9 games if they want to secure a playoff berth. Hope to see a quick turnaround here.

At this point, I’d rather see Flames, blues, or even the yotes in the playoff. At least those scrappy teams could put a series fight when they choose to play hockey. LA has too much talent with 3 very strong forward lines and decent defense on 2 out of the 3 pairs on the roster to be playing like this. Tough to watch and will most likely see a first round exit.😢

18 shots in a 60 minute game?! At this point Rob Blake & Luke Robitaille are placing bets in the Sports Draft for the Kings to lose and rigging games to not have to play the Oilers first round. This is ridiculous, as a Kings fan I've come to the conclusion we're never winning another cup again until we get better upper management that have brains. Despite what "drive" PLD may have found since the All-Star break, I still see a player that skates standing straight up and holds his stick with his lower hand on the top third of the shaft 95% of the time he is on the ice.
