Felt good uh kind of been lonely by myself skating by myself so uh feels good to be back with the guys getting some battle drills and you know try to get up to speed with those guys so um I’m certainly excited uh to feel you

Know a part of it and um just excited to be back you know I feel like it’s I’m I’m close so um you know it’s a good time when you’re practicing with the team what are the steps now for you how how you feeling physically and what do

You look for going forward yeah I just think for me just got to keep I mean I’ve been out for almost 12 weeks so I think just getting your conditioning back keep getting up to speed with the with the group um get some line rushes get some touches um you know because

It’s a completely different game when you’re just skating by yourself and then you’re going in the battles and uh doing those other stuff so uh it’s got to stay up the par with that get up to speed with them and hopefully you know I’ll be

Back soon so you feel like you need a couple of games uh before the playoffs that that would be preferred naturally but if you didn’t get that you know would you be all right with that just go right in uh I would like to play a

Couple games um for sure I think that’s the end goal is to play you know a couple games before the playoffs so uh they’ve been really good with me I can’t thank enough the staff here uh they’ve been really patient with me and doing all the right things to make sure I’m

100% And I’m back to you know where I finished off so uh they’ve been really good so they have a plan for me and we’re just going to keep sticking with that and progress each day after watching them now you know from afar upstairs um how excited are you to be

Able to join them and and contributing to what you do trust me I’m I’m really excited I can’t wait uh especially watching the Florida and Tampa game um makes you just want to go out there and battle with the boys and go out there so I’m really looking forward to it I think

I mentioned it before but just putting on that practice JY original six team I mean um you know this is a team that a lot of people want to play for and and I’m just excited to get get with the guys and you know get in the lineup with

Them and you know go to battle with them and we have a great great group here great group of guys we’re a good hockey team and um you know I want to be a part of it as soon as possible here
