    Great comeback game for the Jets, and Bowness, DO NOT take Perfetti off
    that 2nd line. If Toffoli comes back, who is too slow, then play him on the 3rd
    or 4th line. Cole has been hot as of late, so settle these lines down, and leave
    Ehlers on the 1st line like tonight. If the team is clicking – "please" leave it be,
    and let them develop some chemistry together. Quit changing lines all the time.

    1 more win clinches a playoff spot, 98 points and puts 9th place St. Louis out of reach, the Blues can only get a maximum of 98 points even if they win every remaining game, the Jets won the season head-to-head series 3-0 and outscored the Blues 13-6 so they win the tie-breaker.
    Jets are currently sitting all alone in 4th place in the Western Conference with home-ice advantage despite a 5 game losing skid. The Blues can still pass the Oilers if the Oilers drop every remaining game, that's unlikely, Edmonton needs 3 points in 9 games to clinch, they're pretty much guaranteed a playoff spot. Nashville and Vegas need 4 wins to clinch after the April 1st games, they're both 6 points ahead of the Blues with a game in hand, St. Louis have 7 games left and a potential 14 points/98 total points, a 5 game losing skid with 8 games left for the Preds or Vegas at this point would be catastrophic but I doubt that'll happen, they're safe.
    LA is the only Western team who should be worried about switching the 8th spot for 9th, they just lost their 3rd straight and the Blues won tonight closing the gap to just 3 points separating the playoffs from the golf course. Anyone remember the 1990/91 Turtle Derby between the Jets and Canucks in the final weeks? That's the Blues and Kings in 2023/24.
