  1. I just don't understand how anyone could fuck this up so badly? These refs have no business working in this league if they can't get something this simple right.

  2. I dunno what to make of it. The clock definitely expired before the puck crossed the goal line, so I can see the Blackhawks side of this, but that penalty did eat a couple seconds off the clock that they should have stopped, so I can see the Blue Jackets side of it too.

  3. God this team had more passion than anything we're seeing of them today, I don't care what anyone thought about Torts, he brought something important to my home city and to the team. He believed hockey belonged in Columbus.

  4. Man i saw the post game with Torts and though what the hell is he mad about now. Listened, and then found this video, and he couldn’t be any more correct with everything he said. Everyone from the clock guys, refs, and Toronto HQ’s dropped the ball big time on this one. They win that game with the extra 1.1 put back on the clock. To not even take a look at that point of a game to be sure shows the refs wanted to go home, but they check that the goal was late real quick lol. Not a fan of either team but refs in every pro sport have become so terrible it’s starting to ruin games.

  5. To have the refs say to the coaches and Captain they aren’t even going to look at the clock after it being brought up to them shows how bad they didn’t want to be there. Not a fan of either team, but you can’t get robbed any worse than that. Torts will get fined for his comments of course and the clown officials will go on their merry way to the next city laughing i’m sure with 0 repercussions

  6. Well, the Blue Jackets folks got to keep the red and blue streamers as a consolation prize after the no goal call.
