The Oil's has a good rhythm happening in their W/L cycle headed toward the playoffs. You never want to go in hot like Boston did. Cycles are tidal and rhythmic. If a good team remains balanced, a momentum begins to happen. Like a surfer riding a Stanley Cup wave.
Set some personal bests over these next games….keep things hot…a lot of guys deserve to pad their stats now they earned it by playing defensive to make the cut….time to let the dogs out…can we please see a few Slapshots on the fly like Gretzky used to use? Who cares if you score it just looks awsome when a player uses Waynes nice slow windup with that pause on top for drama and effect at the top of the circle ….. and by golly when it catches that Top Corner its simply breathtaking to see….go get em Coach…nothing comes easy in the NHL…watch out for those stray pucks or dont say you werent warned if you get clipped….just saying. : >)
laid an EGG tonight… someone tell Drai, that his turnovers are killing this teams momentum… please, pretty please. he can be a beast, but he was terrible tonight.
