Hagel/Cirelli Info from Cooper: No update, they got dinged up and at this time of year, there’s a lot of precaution. We didn’t want to tempt anything. So we kept him (them) out.

   Sounds like this is more precautionary than anything given the lead we were in (and the fact that the habs were straight headhunting) and both could’ve (or wanted to) finished the game, which is good news.

   This comment along with the fact that Tony came back and Hagel skated off initially, says it could hopefully not be serious. They’re not going to announce anything definitive and it’s very possible they could be kept out of the next game or more as a matter of precaution. Just gotta hope for the best! I’ll be waiting to celebrate in the case they announce something to end the speculation.

   Happy that Hagel is conscious and his neck still works. Wouldn’t be surprised if the concussion and whiplash take a few weeks.
